Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Slabfolio (the “Service”), a trading-card collection tracker. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for activity on your account.
2. The Service
Slabfolio lets you record cards, see estimated values, track sets, sales and profit, and keep a want list. We may add, change or remove features. The Service is provided on an evolving basis and may be unavailable from time to time.
Values and data are estimates. Prices, card details and set information come from third-party sources (for example PriceCharting and TCGdex) and from your own input. They can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. Nothing in Slabfolio is financial, investment, tax or grading advice, and you should verify important figures before buying, selling or insuring a card.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add (card records, notes, photos). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to run the Service for you (and, if you enable it, to show your public showcase). You promise you have the right to upload what you add and that it is not unlawful or infringing.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; attempt to access other users’ data or the systems behind the Service; probe, overload or disrupt it; scrape it or use automated tools beyond normal personal use; upload malware; or use it to harass or defraud others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans and payment
The free plan is limited to 100 cards. Paid plans, where offered, are billed and renewed through Stripe until you cancel; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase, but by starting a digital service immediately you may lose that right once the service has been fully performed or has begun with your consent, as permitted by law. Taxes are included or added where required.
6. Your data and account deletion
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your collection (subject to the short safety-backup period described in the Privacy Policy).
7. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and links to third parties (marketplaces, price databases, sign-in providers, payment providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
8. Availability
We try to keep the Service running and your data safe, and we make regular backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own export of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions you make based on estimated values. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), and it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Ending things
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to discontinue the Service; where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the version and date above, and for material changes tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the Service’s operator is resident, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions: privacy@slabfolio.org.
